CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW POLICY

If the reservation is cancelled outside the 14 days, the deposit of first night accommodation fee will refunded, less a $50 administration fee. Should you wish to cancel your reservation or modify your accommodation date within 14 days of arrival or in the case of a no show you will forfeit the entire accommodation fee. AUD of first night accommodation fee as a deposit of reservation is required on all bookings, unless otherwise agreed with management.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Credit Cards and Cash but do not accept cheques on arrival. Credit card surcharges apply.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be arranged if available, and may incur an extra fee. If you need to check out outside of reception hours please contact us during office hours to finalise your guest account prior to departure.

ARRIVAL

Our office hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, Sat & Sun office hours are 8am to 4.00pm Should you be arriving outside of this time we ask that you call reception to make alternative arrangements. On Arrival full payment for your accommodation is required. Whilst individual apartments can be booked, and all efforts of management will be made to maintain the booking for the chosen apartment, management do not guarantee the allocation of any specific apartment.

NOTICE

It is appreciated that our guests could mindfully look after the apartments while staying and also keep the items in the same apartments. Please do not move the furniture or homeware around when you have a party with group stays. The damage to the apartment or furniture of the apartment will incur furniture replacement fee and/or penalty fee.
